ENGINE TECH AND PROTEST RULES CAN BE FOUND UNDER YOUR CLASS RULES
EQUIPMENT:
1. Frames must be caged configuration karts not to exceed 90” in overall length.
2. Treaded tires only.
3. Wheels must be not exceed 6” in diameter and are to be steel or aluminum only.
4. Axles shall not protrude past the outside edge of the wheel.
5. Wings are optional in box stock outlaw classes must start race with wing.
5. Body hood is mandatory other pieces tailpiece or side pods may be used. Body may be constructed of any material excluding “cloth, canvas or wood.
5. Nerf bars may extend no more than 3” outside the edge of the tire, no other bars protruding outside of chassis are allowed.
6. Numbers must be displayed on the left and right side of the kart including the hood and must be legible and of a contrasting color to their background.
7. Brakes must be in good working order.
8. All caged karts shall be equipped with 5-point safety harness must be attached in a fashion as to restrict drivers movement independent of seat movement.
9. Westhold transponder, Raceceiver, gloves, neck brace, arm restraints shall be worn between the wrist and the elbow and attached to the lap belt, fire suit and helmets meeting or exceeding Snell 2021 specifications, SFI Rating full faced with face shield in place and properly fitted to the drivers head are mandatory in all classes except Juice Box.
10. Seat constructed of aluminum or approved carbon fiber.
11. Kill Switch that effectively disables the motor shall be installed within the reach of the driver wearing a tightened safety harness.
14. Chain Guards, designed to protect the driver in the event of a chain failure must be installed.
15. No open fire or burning of any accelerates.
16. No open toed shoes
17. All weights must be painted white and display kart number and fastened within the frame rails.
18. All exhaust system decibels levels must be 97DB or below at 40'. Mufflers can be used.
SCALES
1. Must weigh after each race (except RWYB, ADULT MOD, JUICE BOX AND SPORT MOMS)
2. You will be given the opportunity to check your weight before heat races start.
3. If you weight is light, you will receive a DQ for that race and will not receive any points.
5. After heat race top three will need to scale kart
6. After feature race top 5 will need to scale kart
SAFETY VIOLATIONS:
1. No two way radio communication will be permitted.
2. DO NOT Exit your kart. Formalizing a rule that is already there, if a Kart is involved in an accident and can no longer keep going – and no extenuating circumstances exist such as injury or fire – the driver should not loosen any personal safety equipment or exit kart until directed to do so by safety personnel or a track official, if you do will be DQ.
3. You must keep a fence/wall between yourself and the track at all times during the race unless directed by a track official. Result will either be a DQ or that said kart will restart at the tail of the field.
Unsportsmanlike Conduct:
1. Fighting will result in suspension. Both parties involved will be suspended from the next 2 racing events. Any further altercations more people could be suspended for the remainder of the season.
2. Any conversation with officials must to be in a claim manner.
