2025Quick Time Qualifying Night Sponsorship: $300 a Night
Qualifying Night - We will have three nights in 2025.
April 5, September 7 and November 1
*Your Company name will be on the award to each class quick time winner for that night.
* On your night your business get to set up at the track to promote your company
2025 Billboard Banner Signage Sponsorship: Yearly
2x4 Banner $300 each – *These banners will be on our chain link fence on the Back Straight a way and in turn one and two.
*This price includes making of banner, upkeep, and any damages to banner.
*Customer provides artwork.
*If already have banner it is $150 a spot.
4x8 Banner $500 each –
*These will be on our sponsor board on the back straight away.
*This price includes making of banner, upkeep, and any damages to banner throughout the season.
*Customer provides artwork.
*If already have banner it is $300 a spot.
2025 Feature Winner Sticker Sponsor: $300 a year
*Feature winner is given each night to all the feature winner in all 10 classes.
*Your Business Logo will be on the sticker.
* Driver love to put these stickers on their karts so more people will see your logo and company name at other racetracks and kart show in our area.
2025 Class Sponsorship: $500 a Class
* Our Class Sponsorship will sponsor that class awards for the year for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place nightly.
*Plus ever time the class is on track it will be announce as “Bill Bob's Outlaw 500” Proudly Sponsor by Bill Bob's of Wichita Falls, Texas.
* All Trophy's will have your company name on them.
*Plus your business logo on all of our press release on Facebook, X and Instagram.
*Plus you can set up a booth on 5 race night to promote your business.
*Plus your logo on the 2024 T Shirts
2025 Regular Race Night Sponsorship: $1,000 a Night
*With our regular point race night sponsorship, you get to pick one of our non-special events nights to sponsor.
*That Night all Classes will be getting a Trophy at no extra cost entry fee of the driver.
* Payout classes still will pay entry fee and run for full payback and a Trophy for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.
*Plus business will be announce all night as that night sponsor.
*Plus all media event info leading up to event will have you business info on it plus on myracepass.com too.
*Plus you get to set up a booth either in the Grandstands Area and the Pit Area to promoted you business.
2025 Special Event Sponsorship: $2,000 an event.
*In 2025 we have six special racing events.

*USA Outlaw Karts Finals

*Each of these events are Friday and Saturday Night Races.
